Welcome to AshimaFashion. We strive to deliver your products safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Ready-stock products:

✔ Dispatched within 24–48 working hours (Monday–Saturday)

Preorders / Made-to-order items:

✔ Dispatch timeline ranges from 14 to 60 days, depending on vendor availability
✔ Exact readiness time is mentioned clearly in the product description

Note:
If your order contains both ready-stock and preorder items, the entire order will be shipped together unless separate shipping is requested (additional charges apply).

2. SHIPPING CHARGES

✔ Flat ₹100 shipping charge for all pincodes across India
✔ No hidden fees
✔ Charges displayed at checkout

3. SHIPPING PARTNERS

We ship using reliable courier partners:

  • DTDC

  • Blue Dart

  • Delhivery

  • India Post (for remote pincodes)

Tracking details are sent via SMS/WhatsApp/email once dispatched.

4. DELIVERY TIMELINES (AFTER DISPATCH)

  • Kerala: 1–3 working days

  • South India: 2–5 working days

  • Rest of India: 3–7 working days

  • Remote locations: 7–12 working days

Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, transport strikes, or festive seasons.

5. ORDER TRACKING

After dispatch, you will receive:

  • Tracking ID

  • Tracking Link

  • Courier Partner Details

You can track your shipment directly through the link provided.

6. ADDRESS CHANGES

Address changes can be made only before dispatch.
Once shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.

7. FAILED OR DELAYED DELIVERY

Failed deliveries due to:

  • Wrong address

  • Customer unavailable

  • Phone switched off/not reachable

  • Customer refusal

…may result in RTO (Return to Origin).
Re-shipping charges will apply for sending it again.

8. DAMAGED / OPENED PACKAGE POLICY

If the parcel arrives damaged or tampered:

  1. Do NOT accept the package

  2. Take photos/videos immediately

  3. Inform the courier

  4. Contact us within 24 hours

We will assist after reviewing the evidence.

9. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, international shipping is not available.
